DELIVERY
Ghana
We delivery within 1 to 2 days after you place your order. (Express delivery is available for people in Accra at an extra fee.)
Standard delivery charge for with Accra is 15gh
Express for within Accra range from 20gh -25gh depending on location.
NB: Deleivery charge for places, beyond Adenta, Mallam, Pokuase, Teshie and other outskirt areas, are treated on case by case bases.
Orders from outside Accra should kindly note that it payment before delivery. For orders from the Northern, Central and Westeren Region of Ghana, Your product will be sent to you via STC. For orders from Kumasi and its areas we send via VIP Express.
Orders from regions not mentioned above are treated on a case by case bases.
International
We deliver within 7 to 14 days
Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Once order has left, another notification will be sent that your order has been completed.
Processing time is in addition to shipping time.
SHIPPING TIME
We use DHL Express on all orders placed at ADEPA NATURALS. We ship directly from Accra, Ghana. Once orders leave the shores of Ghana, it will be delivered within 7 - 10 business days.
Accra, Ghana is the origin location of all packages processed and shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays once packages are in the possession of DHL Ghana. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery due to unplanned delays such as inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. Please note, that packages returned to sender due to inability to sign or retrieve from DHL will result in additional shipping charges. Also note, that it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF GHANA
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL OR WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANY CUSTOMS TAXES OR DUTIES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES CHARGED BY YOUR GOVERNMENT. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR COUNTRY CUSTOMS OFFICE FOR RESPECTIVE CHARGES AND RATES ON PACKAGE COMING OUTSIDE OF YOUR COUNTRY.
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds on our products, but would be glad to offer you an exchange or store credit within the first seven (7) days of receipt of your order if you receive a product that you believe is defective. Within the first 7 days of receipt, please email info@adepanaturals.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. Please note that before any exchange, store credit or replacement product is honored, we must receive sufficient information to inspect and determine its quality. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact defective. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if you have used the product(s). Please allow 48-72 hours for email responses.
EXCHANGES (1-2 WEEK PROCESSING TIME)
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Please note that ordering the wrong product is not a valid reason for an exchange. We suggest that you take full advantage of all available resources i.e. photos, how-to-videos, FAQs and customer service team prior to placing your order.
